Here is a useful diagram if you own an 88-91 EEC mustang with a 302

No, od on/off transmissions were not installed in a mustang until 96 with obd2...

Is this a truck or?

A9L and A9P did NOT have any type of interface with non-existent automatic transmission electronic controls. The SN95 (still OBD-I) is when it all started. Wink

yes its a truck, 95.

did they have cruise?

i guess i would have to hook the on/off up to the baumanator but i don't think thats possible either.....

problem is when pulling, i  only have 1st, 2nd and D on the selector, sometimes i need 3rd all the time w/o overdrive w/o having to floor the pedal, i can adjust it with the baumanator but i think i'll have to make a second program that keeps it from getting into 4th and just leaves it in 3rd and switch with the button to the second program.

now i have to find my old laptop

It has the code for cruise control but unfortunately not the hardware.

My baumanator has an input wire to keep it from going into OD.
