A9P with a code 66 Maf below voltage ....

Where is the diagram for the Test #1 in the trouble shooting procedure ?   

Stock 91 A9P here , code 66 only.  On a mid-hard acceleration , engine is bugging a lot , Maf voltage will not  go over 2.x volt. , on a free rev it will raise without bugging.

Changed three capacitor because they had leaked.

Tested another sensor, and connection , all the same issue .

That car is bone stock.  when I unplug the maf , it will pull like a stock 91 , when plugged like a old Tempo 4 banger.

Update ,

checked continuity between pin 50 , 9  and maf connector is .0-.2ohm . Between maf connector and ground .0 , and KOEO I got 11.7V .

I back probed at the maf the signal return and on a wide open I bearly hit 3.02V , same as my quaterhorse read on a log.
