393w intial mock up

Wjen using new rods, does it matter the order installed on the crank? I know the large chamfer goes toward the crank radius. Does the first journal get #1 and #5 with #1 being at the front of the block?

No, but like to do one journal at a time.

1-5, front to back. #5 has the rear main seal. Do #3 first, and set the thrust bearing.

You might need some Titanium rods and a flow bench!

I'm referring to the rod order, not the main caps
So 1,5,2,6,3,7,4,8 ......in that order front to back?
