My Moates QuarterHorse has been on my car for about 4 years without any problems.  Since the battery life can vary, and isn't guaranteed for any specific time, I tried to replace it, but damaged the connectors.  Mainly a dumb move because I was impatient.

I sent Moates my QH for repair.  I also asked them to replace it with the new version and crossed my fingers that they would.  Well they did send me the new QH version, which has an easy to replace battery.  They did this at no charge.  They even shipped it to me for free.

I also ordered the F3v2 memory adapter, which is a "chip" I can permanently burn tunes to.  That way I don't have to depend on the QH battery to save my tunes.

I also ordered the Jaybird programmer to load the tunes on the chip, as well as the 8 position rotary switch.  That means I'll be able to have 8 different tunes loaded and be able to switch tunes on the fly.  That's pretty damn cool.

Props to Moates for taking good care of their customers.

Its good to see a company taking care of their customers. It seems to be getting pretty rare these days.

Bottom line, if it was the hot ticket, the fast guys would do it.............they don't

You might need some Titanium rods and a flow bench!  LMAO on floor

I honestly don't get it.

I'm sweating, my heart is racing, my clutch foot is twichin', and my right arm punched the computer screen doing an involentary 2-3 shift while reading all that.
