Trying to guess hows much hp and tq I have wanted to see if any of you guys might know or guesstimate. 351 Windsor bored .030 over. Flat top pistons stock rods and crank. 10.5:1 compression pump gas. Solid flat rapper crane cam 284int. 294exh. 114lsa 58cc heads 1.6 roller rockers. Holley street avenger intake dual plane, 650 holley double pump carb, 1 5/8 hooker long tube headers, 3 inch exhaust.

1969 351 windsor bored .030 over fully balanced internally stock rods, kb flat top pistons, erson 1.6 roller rockers and dual valve springs solid lifters flat tappet 284/294 duration 533/555 lift crane cam,  stock heads moroso valve covers 1 3/4 hooker headers 3 inch exhaust holley dominator duel plane intake holley 4150 750 cfm double pumper carb.

What heads? Any port work?

Not that it matters much, its just a number. If you are satisfied with what you have now, great. If not, build for more.

I've seen slow cars with insane amounts of power, and I've seen fast cars with seemingly mundane power.

Cast iron heads 58cc with 3 angle valve job not sure on valve size ill find out later this week hopefully. Tearing it apart right now trying to see what I already had first and go from there

Sorry....   No help with hp numbers but, I suggest you save those Ti valves (and pushrods?) for a build that optimizes them. 
A "big" but not "soft" cam will destroy them....   If you didn't already know.

Ugly?  Easy now -- that's my baby and it's got lots of unique character!  When I drop that built 445" stroker in it you won't have any time to "pull over to let me pass" because I'll have already blown past you when you figure out what the hell was that loud noise behind you . . .
