the money pit deepens

the clutch in my terminator started slipping.  if i get into boost in anything over 2nd gear, it slips. 

so now, two things need to happen:

1) i've got to finish rebuilding the spare t56 i bought because the trans is bad too ( i knew that when i bought it)

2) i've got to spend a bunch of money on a new clutch.  the pedal effort on the current clutch makes the car a little unpleasant to drive and the only single disc clutches that might hold up will have the same "stand on it" clutch pedal.

anybody know of a good place to get a twin disc clutch cheap?  this is going in a street car.

I've always had good luck with Mcleod twin disk clutches for higher hp street applications.  Easy pedal feel in stop and go traffic and I honestly don't remember any issues.

yeah, i'm sure they're good.

i just cringe every time i think about spending $700+ for a friggin clutch
