How much are you wanting to spray? And how close to you want the OTB tunes?

Since you said that it has a N/A cam, was nitrous considered with the ring gaps? If not, that could be a huge limitation.

Are the pistons of the ultralight variety? If so, I probably wouldn't spray them at all.

Fuel system?

You might need some Titanium rods and a flow bench!  LMAO on floor

I honestly don't get it.

I'm sweating, my heart is racing, my clutch foot is twichin', and my right arm punched the computer screen doing an involentary 2-3 shift while reading all that.

I like NX systems for a out of the box kit but will need tuning. For a kit with custom tunes I like my induction solutions Saturday night kit which is 50-300hp kit and his tunes were perfect out of the box. I also run his back fire protection plate which I really like.

Several of the smaller kits are good at 150, but fall off after that. For a budget system, I'd look at the NOS Sniper or NX Mainline. I don't care what the paperwork says, the Mainline is pretty much maxed out at ~175. With the right jets, the Sniper will do about the same.

But neither of their OTB tunes are any good.

A NOS Cheater, Edelbrock RPM, Zex, and NX Stage 6 are all good to ~250. They all start facing some type of restriction around this point. Of those, the Edelbrock would be my choice.

The NX tunes are a little closer, but NX replacement parts are priced stupidly.

The NOS Big Shot is rated up to 300, but is capable of a little more. While it cost more than any of the above kits, it is by far the nicest of them. Its tunes are also pretty damn good OTB.

It doesn't come with 150 jets, but can easily be jetted down.

If you plan on racing with nitrous long term, this is the plate to get.

If you have bottles and want a better bottle bracket look at the cheater up grade 0025nos then buy your purge ,fuel solenoid, and small jets from Induction Solutions.

Yes. Nobody's pieces are particularly special. In fact, most solenoids are made by two companies. Everyone just orders them to their spec.

As long as it is jetted correctly, it will work. My system uses a TNT plate with NX solenoids, and I'm thinking of upgrading to a larger Induction Solutions nitrous solenoid.

Don't know if you can piece a kit together much cheaper than that Saturday night special kit from induction solution. I believe it comes with purge to. Then he will give tunes for your combo.

While it is on sale. For got to add that. My kit started as a cheater up grade. All ready had brackets and bottles. Got the rest of the stuff from Induction Solutions. You will also need a flow tool.
