Putting a '95 5.8 (and E4OD) with stock PCM/harnesses (a bit of a nightmare, but that's a different story) into a '52 Ford F3 truck...

Subsequently I don't need to worry about emissions (smog / AC / PS / EGR delete). I've learned (hopefully) about what needs to be done to keep PCM happy (still connected to EGR valve, etc.)...

My question: while it would be possible to keep, it would be much easier to also delete EVAP system so I don't have to route back to tank -- so if I kept EVAP solenoid hooked up, but nothing else (tank vented), what effect would it have on the engine's performance and under what circumstances? Not too worried about throwing codes, as long as the PCM stays "satisfied" enough for motor to run.

Thanks in advance.
