To be honest, I like the stainless band type the best. They are just easier to use.

After that, I like the hinged ones. If you get the Edelbrock type, be sure to glue the rubber pieces to the brackets. Those can be somewhat aggravating.

The billet ones are nice but I'm not spending that much on brackets.

I honestly don't get it.
