Anybody know what size the flare nut is that threads into the block on top of the rearend? Converting to disk, and I'm going to make my own lines.

You do mean the lines going from the block to the calipers don't you? Are you using the stock rubber line from the tunnel to that block?

I've got a new Russel DOT approved braided flex line that ties the rear end to the body you're welcome to have. I bought the complete kit for an 88 Mustang to use on my Cougar but the line connects to the frame rail not the tunnel. Let me know.

My rear brake softline is for a 7.5 rearend since my car was a for banger. So that one won't work. Thanks for the offer though!

I kept the 4 cylinder brake lines on my car. I'm 99% sure they were regular 3/16 IF.

You might need some Titanium rods and a flow bench!

I would like to do all braided lines on the rear. I already have braided lines for the rear calipers. I'm just not sure I want to fiddle with finding the bracket the v8 models used for the rear soft line. Plus replacing the intermediate rear brake line. Be nice if someone made a braided line for the 7.5.....

There is always the option of using AN fittings and pre-made hose.
From what I found, the male end is M12X1.0 and the female is 7/16-24 (1/4 tube). Adapters and/or fittings should be easy enough to find.
