Do you have a ignition box on this or is it all stock. Did you do any rewiring or repair?

All stock. Nothing was changed since Camshaft problems. The only change made was a new Camshaft.

May have had a Malfunctioning Torque Wrench. The Pedestal Mounting Bolts may be over Torqued. Would this cause a slight Valve Leak leading to Spitting Back through the Carburetor and Flame coming out Carb?"

Research on here how to set lifter preload. I will not type it out since I am only on my phone. You need to actually talk to someone.

Right now,the main thing I want to know is,if the Lifter Pre-load is not set correctly,in this case over torqued, would it cause Valves not to close completely? I am getting all kinds of different answers from different sources.

The answer is No the bolts being over torqued will not cause an issue other than they might break. If the base circle of the cam is bigger and you don't change pushrods or shim the pedastal of the rocker correctly so you get the proper preload you will have a issue were the valves are not completely closed.

Bam54,that is exactly what the Technical Editor of an Engine Magazine told me about Pedestal Rockers. When the Technical Guy at Melling Camshafts suggested this Camshaft he said I did not need new Push Rods and did not mention any adjustments to the pre-load. I guess I have to get back to them. If you change the Cam from Stock you have to set the Pre-Load on the Lifters? Even with a Mild Cam like this?  Where on this Forum is the best procedure for setting the Pre-Load? I was getting ready to get a good 3/8 Torque Wrench and Re-Torque the Rocker Arm Bolts. But You say that is not the problem.
