I have afr 185's with their comp porting on my 10.5-1 408 and with a mild hydraulic roller it made 530 hp and 550 ft lbs of torque with the pull stopped at 5500. So you should have no trouble reaching 500 hp with AFR 205's. That's with a rpm air gap dual plane and a 750 dp.

Got some tea tfs 225 high ports with crower shafts and a super vic under the bench just waiting though.
