Only if current draw is above their capacity rating in the power supply side. Caused usually, by other circuits added to the EEC power circuit,(
such as?
or a bad ground condition.
I will check into this possible ground issue, I think i'll need to look at some wiring schematic, so I can see where the grounds are. I'm sure I have enough grounds, however not sure of the wire size and locations
I have ordered a book
https://www.amazon.com/gp/buy/spc/handlers/display.html?hasWorkingJavascript=1
I have read it's a must have, for old fuckers like me..

Such as..... an accessory or circuit that needs power when key is ON. To check for grounds, do it following a voltage drop test to the EEC ground at the LH fenderwell.

I gotcha!!
I did move my battery from the trunk, back to the engine compartment and straightened up some of the rats nest wiring(not professional by no means and I'm going to redo it soon) and put all the grounds to the -battery terminal as shown in the pic and as I did all the +battery

I think it's in Joel's section somewhere, or maybe on eectuning, a good description of the 'ground loop'. Not the typical usage regarding audio noise and such, but rather the fox ground paths.
Physically, they look like a loop. I might not have it exact, but goes something like:
battery negative cable/strap to block, back of block strap to body, then body strap back to battery negative.
