My wife bought me one of these for Christmas, and this little tool is awesome. It'll put a edge on just about anything in a few minutes, and most of that time is switching between different grade belts.

You might need some Titanium rods and a flow bench!

I know its been a while, but I just wanted to reiterate how awesome this thing is.
First, let me say that I try to keep my knifes sharp, so they typically don't need anything other than a few passes on a ceramic rod.
But lately, my pocket knife has been getting used for things that it typically wouldn't. Due to the insane amount of abnormally cold weather lately, we have been having to put up lots of temporary insulation at work (the process in my plant isn't cold weather friendly). The aluminum backed, fiberglass type. And since I'm one of the few people guaranteed to have a knife on them, it has seen some serious usage lately.
But as of yesterday, the edge had gotten pretty shitty. But after a few passes with medium and fine belts, it was back sharp. A few more passes on the ceramic rod, and it was shaving again.
It literally took me longer to put the belts and guard on (very easy) that it did to sharpen the knife. I can't say enough good about this little sharpener.

I'd rather be a fool who is loyal to his friends than a POS that jumps ship to save face. We were wrong in the end, but nobody can ever call us disloyal. I can live with that.

True, its nowhere near as cold as winter wonderland up there.
But we aren't made for cold weather down here. And the plant that I work in (specifically, not the facility) really doesn't like cold weather. There are only two others like it in the world, all built in warm climate areas. The main product freezes at ~40° and some of the chemicals in the process freeze at ~65°.
While I'm in no hurry for the insane heat in July and August, I'm over the cold.
