Hey new to the place, working on a project with my son it's his car. 66 fastback that we are turning into a gt350h clone.  289 with a C-4. Plans for the motor include AFE-205 Heads, Vic jr intake. Ford Motorsport Z303 cam just to start. Cars at the body man pretty much removed all the metal from the doors back. Hears a few pics. Neat thing my body man is teaching the boy to do a lot of the welding and tricks of the trade.

   Very cool.  I have a '65 fastback that I did some Shelby things to but didn't go so far as to make it a clone.  That will be a great education for your son and result in some great memories with your boy.  I had to learn on my own and it was a long road.   

There are some things to consider when you want to start talking seriously about the engine build.  Starting a Grass Roots topic on the build could result in some very helpful information.
