I had an F3 chip of unknown age, and a quarterhorse with a dead battery, neither one would work anymore, so I did an RMA deal on their website the week before last, and sent them off. I figured I might get a call saying it'll cost a certain amount to fix both, or a  recommendation to just replace both with new items.
Turns out I was wrong, got a box from them today with a new quarterhorse, and a new F3 chip, at no charge. This is not the first they have impressed me with their customer service like this. So, if you're contemplating buying from them do not hesitate as you can be assured they stand behind what they sell.
