thanks 289nate we did about 15 1st gear hits to get the carb closer.caltracs are planting those 20 yr old slicks hard considering it has a nitrous converter and only 411 gears.the highport heads and accufab 1 3/4 headers made a huge difference in performance.same engine with stock heads and 1 5/8 headers went 9.0 in the 1/8 mile went 6.90 on the drugs  cant wait to go to the track when it reopens

I think you will be pleasantly surpised.

thanks Nate got a lot of new parts in after the 1st.even had time to get the tig up and running looks like we will get a chrome moly cage.just need some time to work on it

thanks Nate i had all ready ordered 275/60 mt drag radials and rodlights a couple weeks ago then these came up on craigslist the correct backspacing and brand new 11.50/26 et steets.they work really well on motor.as for the tatoos a buddy of mine own north texas hydrographics so he wanted to do some stuff on the car for when we take the car out
