Well kind of going along with fordota s topic a bit ago about gas or diesel. Basically how would you build a gas engine to compete with a diesel.

Not sure if this is enough to go off of but just thinking about the 6.0 powerstroke cubic inch wise gassers are close to that. so just what would you put together? single turbo, twin turbo smallblock,big block? looking for power, reliability,and fuel mileage.
