Here are some pictures of the lifters after I took them to the bench grinder and modified them.  One is showing how I taped them up to keep metal out and as a guide to how high I could go with my cut.  Another is of the small hole in the oil band that indicates they are the lifters with pressurized oiling to the roller bearings.
