New Guy From New England And Some Car Info

Hey guys, I\m on quite a few other forums, stangnet, Corral, SN95 Forums, and pop in over at hardcore 5.o from time to time but this was one of the last well know Mustang/Ford Forums that I had not been on. I'm always looking to gain as much info as possible and some of the other sites have become slow in the sections I go to so I decided to join up here since it is more focused in the areas and topics I'm interested in.
I'm located in Maine. I have a 1994 SVT Cobra with a 351W out of a 95 Cobra R as well as the Tremec 3550 (and the suspension until I took it all out to focus more on drag racing). It is mostly a street/strip car. Looking to hit 11's NA this year, been a goal for quite a long time now. With the old combo I ran a best of a 12.5 @ 108 with heads that were more for a blown car then an NA set up. My CR was quite low they were AFR185's with 72cc combustion chambers. Currently the car has mostly Team Z suspension along with their K member and A arms. I have a set of 234HR Custom CNC High Ports from FTI along with an FTI cam and an Edelbrock Victor EFI 5.8 intake and Accufab 1 3/4 long tubes that will be getting coated and installed soon. Hoping to have everything all set and have it running this spring so I can get it re tuned and then off to the track again for hopefully some 11's.

I'm not 100% sure on what my CR is at now I figured it out last summer but can't remember exactly but it was in the 10's.
I live in Casco I'm not that far from the Portland area. I have a friend up in Belgrade right beside Augusta that used to have an 03 cobra. I have never been to winterport Dragway, I go down to Epping in NH. Here are a few pics of the car and the heads that went on it.

Nice heads. What does a set like that cost approximately? Anything special with them that ed did to them? Sweet looking intake you have it powdercoated?

I had the upper/lower intake powder coated along w/ the accessory brackets.
The heads were $2,500 with all the CNC Port work and upgraded valve spring kit. Here are the flow numbers on them. They are 2.05 intake and 1.60 exhaust valves 64cc combustion chambers.

That's a sweet ride!
Curious, what's rear/gear you running, and how much does it weigh (on "strip days")?

I can't stand "backpressure"... it's like holding in a fart.

thank you.
currently has 4.10's in the back, i like those a lot. Id have to check my time slips I wrote down my weight after the k member and A arm install, also has no AC or Smog but I want to say its around 3,400-3,500 with me in it. I'm about 185. Need to get some skinnies on the front to drop some more weight off of it. Here is one of my favorite track pics from Tasca day in 09
