my bro and ran his 71 maverick on 1/8 mile track 8/28/07,ITs a 351w has 10:5.1 compression/w victor jr heads an 411 gear. on motor we ran 7.20 at 93 mph, on  nitrous we ran 6.80 at 103 mph /w a 150 shot. I retarded the timing 6 degrees than 8 degrees only to get the same results. my bro friend told him to switch the nitrous plate jet and the gas plate jet around, for faster et?  i advised agaisnt it.  have anone ever tried this before?  we wre hoping to see 6.40, 60FT TIME IS 1.48. ANY HELP IS APPRECIATED..

sorry about posting  in the wrong tech section. thanks for the input also, it sounded retarted to me also. THAT bs info can from a chevy guy, which my bro loves listen to. i,ll post this question on the nitrous tech......
