1st time at track with new motor ran best of 11.65 still a lot of tuning to do. after i got home i checked timing and found i was only getting 24* total.

New build looks great - thanks for sharing...

Its was a strong runner alright, I have lined up with him many of times on Sunday afternoon Shocked at the track we race at. Seems as if your project went as planned and looks steller looking forward to seeing at the track this year Good Luck!.

I'm not sure what those heads like but can't imagine your even close to having enough advance.  The lack of timing could account for a substantial amount of power.  When my engine was on the dyno it sure did.
