Wiring and Electrical Component Sizing
«

Hey guys, I did a lot of wiring on my rig. I had about 3 charts I was flipping back and fourth between. I decided to make my own chart with all the pertinent information in one place. The bare wire diameter is handy if your trying to identify stock wire size. Just strip it and measure it with your calipers.
If you want to click the attachment it will bring up a PDF of the chart sized to print on an 8.5x11 sheet. I laminated it and put it on the shop wall.

Ugly? Easy now -- that's my baby and it's got lots of unique character! When I drop that built 445" stroker in it you won't have any time to "pull over to let me pass" because I'll have already blown past you when you figure out what the hell was that loud noise behind you . . .

Be sure to remember that those calculations are for total wire length, positive and negative.
