Ugly? Easy now -- that's my baby and it's got lots of unique character! When I drop that built 445" stroker in it you won't have any time to "pull over to let me pass" because I'll have already blown past you when you figure out what the hell was that loud noise behind you . . .

Im still confused Im talking about 66 289 heads also
imho the E7's wouldnt be worth it, its the same 125cc intake port, the exhaust port is only slightly better, the slightly larger 1.78 valve would not make enough difference to overcome the compression loss, and you would have to convert to pedestal rockers, which is not something I would intentionally do. a gt40 head would be an upgrade, but you would still lose some compression
I would run what you have if they are fresh, and upgrade to an aftermarket head down the road

Well it will probably cost me about 400-500 or so for the entire valve train plus I gotta get my stock heads machined for the comp-cams valve seals which I honestly havent a clue as to how much that will cost me...
How much are you selling your heads for FivePointOhh?
I live in League City TX, How much would freight cost to ship em to me do ya think?
I may be best off with these stock heads of mine for now, because i had to buy a new block and wasnt expecting so much machine work (nor the cost of it!!)
Rookies gotta learn the hard way

I have a few pairs of E7s that I'd be happy to give away if you still need/want some. It'd probably cost you $85 in gas to drive out here and back. Let me know if you want some pics.

I was directing that towards Dave, but you're also welcome to them. I don't know where you're located and if shipping is required it would most likely defeat the purpose. You'd be better off picking some up locally.
I don't think I'll be much help, but what do you need to know about E7s? Google is going to be more help than me.
