70 Cougar, 347 Stroker w/5 speed TKO and 4.30 gears, XE284H cam w/World Jr Heads modified to 2.02/1.60 valves. Victor Jr intake ported, ProSystems 780cfm carb, 17 X 11 Torque Thrust 2's out back and 17 X 8's up front. It's an OK combo(maybe 280rwhp), but I've learned there's a MUCH better combo (like 400rwhp+)  thru this forum....SmileySmiley

Looks are secondary to me.

All I need is a 50 / 50 paint job.

Looks good from 50 feet or Looks good at 50 MPH.

Then its all good.

Ugly?  Easy now -- that's my baby and it's got lots of unique character!  When I drop that built 445" stroker in it you won't have any time to "pull over to let me pass" because I'll have already blown past you when you figure out what the hell was that loud noise behind you . . .

I did catch that. I guess I was asking is which one is/was faster? Helps to ask the right question when I want an answer.
