I never ran it in the 1/4, but the gears are good street gears. The converter was way to tight for my setup ( TCI ) 11'' breakaway. All that's changing as of now due to the fact of me putting this setup in a 91 mustang.

What was your 60 ft time? What kind of intake, headers and carb do you have? Its hard for me to give advice being Jay pretty much design my topend. I have a custome hyd. Roller cam and jay did suggest I go with atleast a 4500 stall converter.

I would suggest a higher stall converter, ( customs from Lenny) and 1 3/4 headers. That should lower your time signifacantly. Or continue to work on the tune, take notes on the different conditions to maximize what you already have.

Hey 81mudder I'm actually living in Radcliff now, do you ever go to Ohio Valley. Rob you may have 7.7 in your combo now, I would suggest playing with the tune, and possibly locking your distributor out.
