What did I do wrong?
A quick history, '91 Mustang LX 5.0, Removed factory steering wheel and made remote switch panel for ashtray. Cruise worked before all this. Followed this diagram when I built it. http://www.thorssell.net/hbook/ccwire.html  Horn works, cruise does not. Followed these testing procedures http://www.thorssell.net/hbook/ccptest.html Since everything worked before, I started with the switches since it was the only thing changed. My readings are all wrong on the switches.

ground to amp wire
Key off - 1520 ohms
Key on no buttons pressed - Open w/7.62 volts
On button - 11.54 vdc
Key Off
Off button - 4 ohms
Set - 471 ohms
Coast - 113.3 ohms
Resume - 892 ohms

Ohm check on switches w/three pin connector unpluged
Power to amp
On switch - .02 ohms
Ground to amp
Off switch - .01 ohms
Set - 682 ohms
Coast - 122.4 ohms
Resume - 2159 ohms

Sorry if I missed something but any help here to get my cruise working would be greatly appreciated.
