Ok, I have built 408 short block with a set of 38cc dished pistons. I`m looking at running 16-20 psi from an s480. i have the option of a set of TFS 205 cnc heads with these flow numbers.

Or I can go with a set TFS 225 R series Heads that have been ported and have Ti retainers and good springs. They flow 332 cfm @ .600" and 345 @ .700"

What would be best.  Keep in mind that this will be street driven with a solid rooler cam and about 8-8.5 compression.

Thanks
