Title: Need help deciding on piston..
Post by: lilrick on April 27, 2010, 08:59:00 am
Hey gus. I've got a 91 notch I'm throwing together to tool around town. I bought a parts car with a stock 302/reman t5. The 302 was pulled and sent to be punched .30. Bottom end will mostly be stock. I don't know what pistons to order.

I'll also be running afr 58cc heads, x303 cam, world products upper/lower, 75mm throttle. I want to keep the cr around 9.5. I also want to keep it on a budget.. ;D Any suggestions? I'm not an engine builder so if you think something in this combo doesn't click let me know..

For the value, I suggest the Probe dual relieved flat top.
You can get them from Coast High...  use Jim Woods name in blasphemy when ordering.
