Way to go Rodney! Glad to hear you are trying some things. Do you think its better with the 4.88's or the 4.56's?

Looking forward to the videos. Thanks for the update.

Talk about a bracket racer, that's pretty damn consistent.

Nothing but crickets here since the super victor.....  Sad
It works, I did some things wrong with it, he still has it though, if he don't use it on his, I'll use it on my GT, or get another one. Wink

I know with the FI you have a lot of tunabilty but what do you think a combo like this would do with a carb and a vic jr intake.
Just curious.

You'd be surprised how many people mention that to him at the track, then I mention the joys he'd have in swapping jets at the track and he lets it go. I know he's thought about it, and probably has the stuff to do it. It's his car, if he wants to that is entirely up to him what he does with it.
From our conversation last night I think he's on the verge of sending the heads up to DB for some work and getting a cam from Jay. THat will probably happen in the late spring so he can drive the "short bus" during the summer when it is hot. Cheesy

I went with the .88's becuase i wanted to try a little larger tire (28x9)..........it's really close to the 4.56/26x9 gear/tire combo i was running...............On the carb deal, well, #1. David would disown me #2. Just feels "wrong" since the car came with EFI to give up on it anytime real soon..........plus like David said i've still got the Sup. Vic and we may try and give it another round of testing this winter since our track runs year 'round and has a few "special" bracket races planned, meaning the track prep will be decent for testing..............

This car amazes me.

I know its not totally accurate, but what would the 1/4 mile conversion be for the latest times?

Like he said with the gears and such it probably wouldnt like the 1/4"

and from my old brain..lol   i think its something like 1.56 x number

so  6.87 x 1.56 =10.71..ish..

he would probably run out of rpm on the top end going that fast, but a bottom 11 none the less.
