COMMENTS/OBSERVATIONS:
My original post was lost in the Great Crash of '09 so i thought i'd throw it back up............
6.92 was run on 10/31/08....DA was -065..........ran a 6.96@98 on 4-17-09.....DA was +1100ft......i've made over a 150 passes on this combo, it's a blast to race and is daily driven also:)

A HUGE thanks goes out to David Claflin for all the tuning work he's done on this heap, it would be running 7.20/.30's without his tireless efforts...........like i said "You da man!"

The nearest 1/4mile track is 2 hours from me..............My local 1/8mile track (Emerald Coast Raceway) is about 20-30 minutes from me and is an excellent facility..............i've run the 1/4 a few times at some FFW/True streets back in the '94-'95 but i'm more of an 1/8th guy just not worth the long drive for me, plus i'm a "budget" racer and just run for fun and hangout with my buddies at the track.............i've made 131 hits this year between mine and the wifes car

Yes, it's got a little to much for a 1/4............Probably wont ever see a 1/4 track, i've always raced 1/8th. and have never had a 1/4 track remotely close to me, none of my friends race 1/4 or are really interested in driving that far just to get maybe 4 runs...........i typically get 7 runs at EC and thats not even trying, plus again i just do it for fun and dont have  alot of "disposable" income to set-up for a 1/4 car and i dont do any street racing at all.............it normally cost me $35 bucks to race and that includes food/entry/gas etc...................speaking of which i gotta go, the track opens in 30 minutes and i thought i'd put some laps on the wifes car:)

Wondered if you'd put this back up here, car runs strong and Rod puts on a good show with it. He's got some video's he can link to when he gets back from pounding on the wifemobile.

The track was crappy and i didnt try for any long cooldowns, best '60 was a 1.70 on the ET streets..........there were only like 12 cars/bikes there Dissapointed...............weather probably scared off a few people...............Yes, that TB/meter test will be cool Naughty
